This is so much nicer in person! It has tons of storage, the doors slide very smoothly and the drawers all have soft close feature, I can't say enough good about this product. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality! The delivery people did try to tell me they were leaving it at the front door, which we eventually got straightened out and they did in fact bring it inside my home.

There seems to be a breakdown between your institution and the delivery people. Initially I was told the delivery people open all boxes to ensure no damage, but then when my piece was delivered, it had NEVER been opened and the delivery person told me they weren't allowed to open the box. It would not fit through the door boxed, so we had to open it on the walkway to my house, then they were able to carry it through the doors. The delivery person insisted he was supposed to leave it at the front door and I insisted your company advertises white glove delivery service with the piece being brought in to the house. After squabbling, they agreed to bring it in. I'm in Florida and it rains most days in August and I wasn't interested in my new piece of furniture being saturated.

Received the 30" Barstools. We needed the 25 inch stools for the kitchen island. Having difficulty communicating this to the company after delivery. Not a happy camper.
