I would purchase from here again. Delivery was about 2 months after purchasing and I had to ask for updates. They did quickly reply to my requests. My only suggestion is that you contact customers with updates on order status automatically. Price was much lower than other places online and the delivery service was awesome. They treated my home with respect and carried the set upstairs and built the bed quickly. They took all packaging and cleaned up styrofoam debris before leaving. A++

Good quality recliner and is very comfortable. It is a little bulky, you cannot place the couch all the back of the wall, and it takes up a lot of room. Also, it is a little pricy.

Item was flawed. I sent in pictures while the delivery team was here, rejected delivery like I was told and now the manufacturer says there's nothing wrong. I am still waiting on resolution. Won't let me upload photos.

Two out of three pieces were in great shape. The last piece...ugh. I noticed the defects while the delivery team was here, called the company, sent in pictures as requested, rejected the furniture as told. Now the company is saying the manufacturer says there is nothing wrong. The company said there was something wrong hence the reason they instructed me to send the piece back. Now they want to increase the warranty and give me store credit. Why would I want to shop someplace that doesn't stand by their product? Or keep the customer informed.

My experience with Bedroom Furniture discounts was excellent. The delivery on the products was delayed, but not for anything with the company's control. They communicated updates and provided options for different products that could have arrived sooner. All touch points with the company from picking out the product to the final delivery were a great example of great customer engagement and service.

I was skeptical about purchasing a furniture set online, however their great prices were worth the shot. I would definitely recommend Bedroom Furniture Discounts.com to anyone. The customer service I received from them was very impressive, they consistently kept me notified on the status of my order and were available if I had any questions. My furniture arrived timely and in perfect condition. The delivery team was very friendly and very efficient. They put everything together, made sure I looked over it thoroughly to ensure I was satisfied, then they cleaned up after themselves and took away all the boxes and so forth.
