Shipped and arrived earlier than anticipated, even though batteries are a low-priority shipment for USPS, and it was the holiday season, and there is a Covid-19 pandemic leaving companies short-staffed, and there is a supply-chain delay affecting virtually everything you order online. Genius that they include installation tools (none of which I had) with the battery. Very happy with this company's product and service. Will order from them again.

Easy to order a new manufacturer's battery online. Price was reasonable. Battery included installation tools, which showed company cared about customer satisfaction. Free shipping with no delays and in fact, battery arrived early. Would order again from this company.

This battery works like new. My previous battery could only last me about an hour at most, unplugged. This new battery works like my laptop is new up to about 6-8 hours with medium-to-heavy use (I.e. Zoom meetings, web browsing, moderate application use). The necessary tools were included to replace the battery. I would purchase from here again.

Osama - You stated that you have a Flex 6-14IKB. But you bought a IdeaPad 530S-15IKB (81EV). It sounds like you bought the wrong battery? The battery you bought does not work with a Flex 6-14IKB. Still however over the last 40 days you never called us for help. If you want help then please let us know.

The battery itself was easy to install into my laptop, with the kit working great. The battery worked great for a couple weeks but I've had it randomly die on me at 40% only to plug it in and see that it's now at 1% charge a couple times now. The customer service, kit, & speedy delivery were great but the battery replacement isn't much better than my old-used factory battery.

Battery is a couple weeks old now but I've had it die on me at ~40% charge a couple times. I'll plug in my laptop only for the a battery to show 1% charge. I'm not sure if the battery I got was defective or not, but it's not any better than my old original battery that came with my laptop. The customer service, shipping, and repair kit worked great, which is why I didn't give a 1 star review.

My niece's year old laptop would die after an hour, I checked with Lenovo and they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't have any til around Christmas, 2 months away. Some google searches brought me to Batteryship and the deal looked too good to be true, so I crossed my fingers and ordered it. Came within a few days and even included some tools to help with the replacement, which was great. So far, working great, niece is happy the laptop is now holding a normal charge. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend.
