The first time, I purchased the wrong battery for my Dyson vacuum cleaner, and had to return it. To be sure I didn't make the same mistake twice, Batteryship checked the new order against the serial number on the vacuum cleaner, and communicated very well and clearly with me via text. Exactly what I wanted and needed.

I initially bought a cheaper battery on Amazon that had received a large number of positive reviews. Unfortunately, what I received did not work. I then turned to Batteryship.com. I pay for it online and received it in a timely fashion but it doesn't work well. It doesn't hold a charge for more than 30 to 45 seconds. That doesn't help!
