Admittedly, I was dubious but this replacement battery is great. Been a while since I replaced, but compared to my memory of original battery, this one really holds a charge. I'm even able to use the power boost for longer periods! Definitely recommend this product not only for the quality but also for the price!!

REVISION to what I previously posted, as it seems I need to clarify. This is an excellent replacement battery for my Dyson 12. First, batteryship.com delivery was very quick! My perception is that this product seems to exceed the original Dyson battery. The charge absolutely provides me with longer usage time (I do have a smaller home -approx 1200 sf and can zip through the house quickly. I made a comment before about being able to use "boost" for longer time. However, it is important to note that I understand boost is only to be used in "spurts" and NOT for the entire vacuuming session. So at most, I estimate boost usage as maybe 15 seconds at any one time, if even that. The power and suction supplied is excellent! The price is great and, after talking to Service Rep Paul, I am TOTALLY impressed with the customer orientation of this company!! Definitely will buy from batteryship.com again and recommend this product.

I am very pleased to write this. I found it very difficult to get a good battery replacement for my wife's Dyson that wasn't ridiculously priced. Not only did Batteryship.com offer a great price and the shipment was without issue, but the battery I got was even better than the original. Also, installation was a breeze! Thanks for a great experience!!!!
