The battery replacement for my Kindle Gen 3 is not the same as the original battery, The original was 1420 mAh (5.25Wh). The replacement was 1350 mAh. I looked to see if you carried the 1420 mAh to exchange but you do not carry it. All in all I am satisfied with the replacement

Removing the front bezel of the Kindle requires more muscle that I was expecting and I ended up using a metal scraper very carefully after breaking the plastic tool. Mission accomplished and I no longer need to charge the Kindle every other day

it took over an hour for a mechanically minded person to install it... but it is in and is working. Thank you for alerting the post office. It had been at one of their centers for a month. I called your company, asked for help in finding the battery and your person contacted the Post Office and I had my battery in a few days after that. I called and thanked him.
