I gave the review a 3 simply because replacing the battery did not correct the problem with my Kindle tablet not turning on. However, I appreciate that the battery seemed to be the correct one, even though it took some time to receive it. But this was to be expected, since it was sent by ground. The company did their part. It just confirmed that the Kindle was unrecoverable.

Effortless purchase and arrival on time. It's much more difficult to open the Amazon Fire AND to remove the original battery than the YouTube video made it look. Mine had double-stick tape under it, and I thought I'd NEVER get it out. Once the original was out, the replacement snapped into place w/o any problems. V. pleased with the product and the transaction.

Challenging but not because of the product. Opening the Fire case and physically removing the original battery were more work than I anticipated. Replacing the battery was a piece of cake. Works excellently!

Replacement for my Fire 10 HD that had died and would not recharge. Some difficulty in opening the tablet and removing the old battery which was securely glued in. Once removed the replacement I received was a snap to install and worked flawlessly. Would buy from these guys again.

I received my battery for my tablet. When I put it in the tablet it worked for 2 days and went back to showing that I have a bad battery and is no longer working and won't turn on or do anything. Just showing battery problem!!!
