The batteries for the APC RBC118 modules were good quality new product. All were received in the original shipping boxes from the manufacturer. Additionally the shipping was quick and easily tracked via the shipper. I would look at ordering battery replacement again from them.

The order process was smooth, and shipping costs for the weight of the ordered batteries was acceptable. If turnaround time of the order is acceptable, the batteries are new, and the quality is good I will consider the whole process a success.

I used this battery to upgrade my Honeywell/Ademco Vista 20PS Alarm Panel. This is the largest capacity battery that will physically fit and charge in the panel per spec. I did have to make terminal adapter wires to convert to screw lugs, but was easy and is working well. Great buy and upgrade.
