I have purchased from your site several times. Today has been the absolute worst! I have been trying to buy 4 batteries since 7:00 AM EDT and the purchase would not go through. I have re entered the credit card information so many times i have the card number burned into my brain. I tried the online chat (it said you where there) no answer. I tried to call, no answer. Just about ready to give up and go to Amazon and buy what I need when the purchased went through. Using an online store should not be this difficult or frustrating.

The batteries are physically identical to the OEM batteries they replaced and at half the cost of the OEM batteries including shipping. The batteries arrived with a low charge level but after installed in the UPS reached a full charge within a few hours. Excellent value.
