Nice product; works great. Running in APC Battery Backup (UPS). No problems or issues. Batteries come pre-charged. Just install and go.

received 2 batteries on 3/18, one was only 11v so put it on charger,it took a long time to fully charge but finally made it,my concern was one the protective caps was missing and tab was black and twisted,I was thinking it was a used battery,hope that is not the case.

received 2 batteries but one was suspicious as actually being new because the plastic tab cover was missing and the tab was blackened and twisted,plus it was only 11 volts.It charged to 13 Volts after half a day.

Arrived very well packaged. Battery was pre-charged, and installed directly in my APC ES 750 and Worked great with no problems whatsoever. This battery fits inside a tight Backup battery compartment, with absolutely no problems. Original battery, which was near dead, was extremely difficult, if not impossible, to remove as spacing was extremely tight! This problem was noted by many other people on the Internet. But no problems with this battery, an excellent battery for my backup unit.

The purchase process and service was good, but the batteries themselves seem weak. I am less than 200 lbs. and I took a scooter ride for about 500 yards on a full charge, flat road, smooth pavement. I barely made it home with the brand new batteries. Rather disappointing and we will see how they hold up from now.

I think the batteries may be faulty. When installed, the lights indicating the energy level was lower than normal. Checked the connections and they are fine.
