Correct product arrived five working days after I ordered it. (Ordered 3/04/17 arrived aprox. 5 PM on 3/11/17). Correct batteries had been shipped and were in "OK" condition with some light dings and scratches which no one will see after I put product together. You may think about adding cardboard corner protectors on batteries or inside putting a sturdy sleeve around them prior to shipping. We have ordered a fair amount of batteries from your company and when they are shipped by USPS it is not uncommon for them to come with ripped boxes,box corners torn off and sometimes covered with tape to keep peanuts from falling out because box has been torn. I always worry when the terminal covers have fallen off during shipment (very common) and terminals have been smashed flat. It makes me worry that I might break one when re-straightening it , and if the strength has been diminished.I would hate for one to might break off after I have assembled product and shipped it to the customer.
