I have received your product. Thank you. I never received a confirmation that the order was being processed and I was a little worried after seeing that my card was charged. A system generated email stating 'we are processing your order' and it will ship on xxxx date.

I received/installed the 2 batteries today and they work great. The only concern I have were with the battery terminals. The original Chamberlain battery has 1 wide blade terminal and 1 narrow blade terminal. The new battery has 2 narrow blade terminals. The garage door opener wide blade connectors fit over the smaller battery blades but just aren’t as “tight” as the smaller blade connection. Great value, Great price!

Everything was great except for the USPS shipping.......just took too long. Unfortunately, the customer expectation has been set with Amazon and their 2 day shipping. When I tried to track the movement, USPS wanted to charge me an extra fee for the detailed tracking......all free from other delivery services. Other than that.......all good!
