Needed this battery for an older UPS backup that had a bad, worn out battery. Price was right, shipping fast. Installed the battery, UPS fired up & began charging just like it was supposed to.

Batterysharks sent the RBC35 replacement battery pack I ordered and their web site clearly identified which APC UPS models it would fit in. Unfortunately my UPS model suffix differed from those listed for this battery pack. Nevertheless, the battery was as advertised, arrived promptly and fully charged as promised, and my UPS is now up and running again, albeit with the battery cover off to accommodate the larger battery I ordered. Batterysharks did an excellent job throughout.

UPS battery failed during a test. Rather than purchase a new unit, I purchased a replacement battery from BatterySharks. Order came quickly and when battery was replaced, UPS performed as good as new. Second time I've salvaged my UPS with a BatterySharks purchase. Last battery lasted about five years. Good deal since battery cost about $11 (before tax/shipping) and a new UPS starts at about $35.

Product fit the APC units, as expected. Install was simple and quick. Had both units up and connected to devices in less than 15 minutes. So far, the batteries are performing as required. No more squealing from the APC backup units
