I think your advertising is intentionally misleading. I have used Yuasa batteries for decades in my trade and know what their capabilities are. When you advertise a battery as a Yuasa "Replacement" you lead people to believe they are actually getting a Yuasa battery. I'm pretty sure your marketing people know the difference between the words "replacement" and "substitute"Both you and I know that the batteries you sent to me are not going to last as long as Yuasa batteries. But, we the people are getting used to being lied to by suppliers. As I suspect, you are aware that it's more of an inconvenience for me to return the batteries than to keep them. Ya got me this time but never again.

i ordered a sigmas tek stx-12bs and received an apex apx12-bs instead. may change rating up or down, depending on how the apex performs. i have always been satisfied with sigmas tek batteries, and am somewhat disappointed by the change.

disappointed that i received a different brand battery than what was ordered. not sure why the change. performance of new battery could increase or decrease ratings. i reached out to customer service this morning and have yet to hear back, but it is early and has only been an hour or so. i have always been happy with batteryshark in the past, and am confident that my concerns will be addressed
