Easy shopping. Great quality product.

I am very satisfy with this purchase. The quality of the product seems to be real and solid. So far I have been playing a lot and enjoying the quality of the Gorilla basketball hoop system since I bought it 3 months ago. I hope it last for many years to come. After investing $2,000.00, there is no other purpose for it to last for future generations. You can do all the installation for yourself, except, the board installation. For this part you will need at least two extra strong man. The crystal board is the heaviest part.

I was extremely please with the product and service and the price was tremendous. I've already recommended to several friends.

I saw the website and the lowest price guarantee. So I checked a number of other sites for their prices. Then I called basketballgoalstore. Without telling the person who answered the other prices I had found, he gave me the lowest price. He was quite helpful and professional and clearly knew his product. The goalrilla system arrived within a few days although I was told to be, and was, prepared for it to take seven to ten days. In short the goalrilla system with the yard guard net is , as my grandson puts it: AWESOME.

Overall, it was a good purchase and buying experience. The goal is very solid and sturdy and our 3 boys love it, and use it often. It arrived in a reasonable time frame, and the delivery company did a fine job. The main issue is with installation. It was a hassle. The product is not cheap, so I was hoping for some level of service with installation guidance and recommendations. There was none. Perhaps our experience was unique, but it was very difficult for us to find someone reliable with experience to install the goal, even with diligent searching. It took months to finally get it installed. The installation difficulties tainted the overall purchase. Can't use the goal if it's not installed.

Quick delivery and product was as advertised. We love our Goalrilla. Only issue was with the net supplied... it tore and became unraveled within the first couple of days.
