The patina solution works as described. I am just having a hard time getting a look that I like. When I sprayed it directly on, I wound up with speckled patina. Brushing on gave me some brush strokes. I think dabbing it on with a cloth or sponge works best for me. Luckily I have plenty of scrap to experiment with.
