Everything was simple - from getting a design we loved to ordering to receiving. The artist doing our design was great and got everything on there that we requested. We were missing a pin when we got them delivered, but were offered to have the missing pin reimbursed or sent. When we requested it be sent, it was quickly sent and we never missed a beat.
The kids we traded with in our tournament thought we had pretty cool pins.

I was disappointed to be asked to pay a rush fee on my free banner without any notice from customer service about a lock down date required to avoid rush fees. The color on our actual pin was a bit let vibrant than the digital image online. But outside of these two (small) issues, I have been very satisfied with my three years of orders and plan to use yor services for years to come. SEAN
