I like the personalization options & find the site pretty user friendly but I would like to see specific product reviews with the option to upload photos. Videos and photos of the bag on the body (for size reference) would also be helpful.

This is a gift for my daughters birthday on the 20th of July! I was hoping I could pay extra for express shipping to make sure it arrives on time for her birthday but to my sadness it was not an option. I ordered the keychain wallet and the snap that closes is in the way and my driver's cannot slide all the way into the slot or pocket. As a result it sticks out and is difficult to fold closed.
