This team is the best, everyone spent a lot of time with me fixing an issue that even our IT department couldn't fix. I've learned something new! Shoutout to the whole team, especially Jeremy who got my new (and previous) scanner up and running! Saved me a good amount of $$!

I needed help with 2 of my Zebra Symbol handhelds, they were not connecting to my WiFi. Louis helped get me the drivers and install instructions. It fixed my issue. Thanks Louis for your assistance! A++++

Called and got someone on the phone right away. They pulled up my order and helped me troubleshoot a settings issue I was having on a barcode scanner and we solved it in a few minutes. Very knowledgeable staff and great products. I've ordered from them twice and will be back when I need more gear.

This seriously is some of the best customer service I have experienced to date. The individual I spoke with walked me through the issue I was having step-by-step, having extreme patience and respect, and seriously went above and beyond with the help. We finally figured out the specific issue I was having and it works even better than I expected it to when I ordered the device. Highly recommend these guys for any scanner/barcoding needs. I needed to do something very particular with the scanner to make it work properly via bluetooth, and their customer service stayed on the phone with me for over half an hour making sure that I got it to work. They really went above and beyond

I mistakenly ordered scanners that had an operating system that was not compatible with the programs that my IT department has developed. I reached out to Barcode Arena customer service and they were phenomenally quick at sending me two different scanners that would get the job done. Exchanging the scanners that didn't work with my programs was made very easy!

I ordered two barcode scanners as our business is switching over to barcodes as we grow. I ordered two that weren't the best fit for what we needed but barcode arena was extremely responsive and happy to talk to me in order to figure out what we best needed and then was willing to exchange them. As we continue to grow and need additional product or have questions its a no brainer to return to them.
