About this CompanyOur company was founded on a few basic principles. First, was our love for the back country and the desire to access these remote areas with minimal disturbance to wildlife and their habitat through quiet and non-pollutant means.
Second, was to design and build the most durable and efficient, yet affordable, electric bikes on the market. Our goal wasn’t to create a mountain bike conversion kit by simply adding a motor to a bicycle frame that wasn’t designed and intended to operate with one. Instead, we designed the bike around the motor and the drive train with the necessary framework and durability needed to withstand the abuse and demands placed on it, and then included a comprehensive warranty to stand behind it.
Third, Bakcou was built by sportsmen and outdoor enthusiasts for those that want the same thing we do, which is to climb higher, go farther and explore more without adding more stress to the environment. Come join us, get out and enjoy the back country like you’ve never done before!

Little too pricey for $350 Would like to have coil springs at this price point Some of the extra accessories are not needed ( wheel extension $ wheel protector) Item arrived with the same side directional tire

After only on in this bike for a couple months I wasn’t really thrilled that the kickstand broke in the back of my truck. I purchase a new one out of my pocket and when I went to install the new one, I could see why it broke. It’s not solid metal on the joint for the ball toss it on it is pot metal. I also want to let you know that I really truly enjoy this bike but I’ve had to replace a few items on it that did not meet the rest of the standard that you built this bike. One is the kickstand two is the front fender which has a very flimsy plastic mount that snapped right off I’ve now had to purchase again out of my pocket, the shovel shield that goes on my bike to protect it . I will still enjoy this bike, but thought it was an opportunity to let your Company know that those components have not stirred up to the test of time even though it’s been a short time

I wanted to say that I love my new kickstand. It works perfectly and their customer service was impeccable. They shipped my new kickstand out to me within (2) days. Any time I have ever had a question or problem, they are there responding almost immediately and resolving the issue within a day. They have the best customer service anywhere! I received a used version of my deer cart. There were dents and missing paint. Even the stickers were wore off. I understand a deer cart will get this after I use it....Its just if I pay for new, I want new.

The lights arrived for are flatlander and mule but it’s a bit confusing with the bracket that is with them to we’re exactly to mount them do to the heavy cables in front of them four bolts for a future rack is all that is available that I can tell looked online didn’t really find much there looked like at one time they could have mounted on shock bracket but that don’t seem to have a bolt location no more

I'm not sure you want my review yet,but you asked for it.I recieved battery in good condition, indicated fully charged,but I did put it on the charger and it took about 2 hours to be full up.Put it on bike and took it for a ride,first 50% of battery acted normal,then it went from 50% to 38%,,then all at once 16%,I switched to 0% assist and rode the bike the last mile.All of this at 750 watt,assist level 2 to 3,mostly eco mode.The good news I called Bac cou and talked to a representative who explained the batteries need to "wake up", shorter rides with full charges in between rides, and the battery should improve and be good.Also if not they are guaranteed for a year and Bac cou would make it right!She was very helpful,I appreciate that. I am still in wake up mode with more rides to go!
