- We offer a free 2-day tracked exchange service subject to stock availability. Returns and exchanges are generally processed the same day we receive the items back.

Great backpack - wanted to upgrade to something with a smaller silhouette than current Kipling, and this is great. Love the colour and pockets - fabric feels quality and it is slim and lightweight to wear. Perfect!

Earlier in the year, I purchased a Roka Cranfield C back pack as my work bag. It's a fantastic bag. A joy to use. Comfortable, practical and great looking. The chunky zips are also a great seller for me and Roka's use of plastic bottles, in their making. I didn't hesitiate in getting a smaller slightly different style, for my days out. A large water bottle fits in the bag perfectly and doesn't move about. Everything was easily accessible. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this for my daughter so can’t comment on comfort etc but she has had so much wear out of a previous Rains back pack and loved it so much that she has asked for another one. I do know that it’s very strong and stylish and she has also received a lot of compliments about her backpack. It’s very well made and durable.

Positive: Lightweight. Well balanced. Useful pockets for small items.Negative: external water bottle pouch - doesn't hold bottles well - I use 1litre Sigg bottles. My larger Deuter scale with individual adjustable pockets holds the bottles better.

Generally good innovative design, and like my larger version, keeps the bag off my back. The external pocket for water bottle doesn't have a strap to tighten to grip the bottles hence bending over to tie a bootlace means the bottles fall out, but the backpack is surprisingly well balanced even with 2 x 1 litre bottles in the pouch.
