This is a giant backpack. Seems well made and definitely capable of carrying quite a bit. 3600 tackle boxes fit in it laying flat. You could probably stack eight to ten of them no problem. I would have liked to have a more durable bottom. It's the same as the upper bag.

I was a little nervous about ordering from Aventuron due to its online presence being small. The price was excellent. When I ordered, I got no feedback of order status. I got no expected ship date. I was really nervous. I was never able to get ahold of someone on the phone. When I contacted customer service by email, the responses took days. Their responce of "expect a tracking number in a few days" would come and go. I spent $13,000 on accessories for my Jeeps on Black Friday. The order from Aventuron was by far the last item I received, and it was drop shipped from the manufacture. Items that were backordered arrived sooner. Maybe Aventuron was just slammed by volume that day.

I placed two recent orders with you, AV133334 and AV134706. The orders arrived quite promptly. But, there were problems with both of these orders. On the first one, I was supposed to receive 12 red Tailwater Tiny flies, size 22. Instead, I received 9 of these and 3 red size 20. On the second order, I was supposed to receive 12 black Tailwater Tiny TB flies, size 20. Instead, I received these in size 18. I'm not sure if you are having some quality control issues on a consistent basis. But, I do know for sure that you are 0 for 2 in getting my orders correct.

Initially I had concerns about wether or not I'd receive the boots before Christmas, as they were bought as a gift. I wrote an email to customer service to inquire about the status of the order and received an explanation that there had been an abnormally large number of orders and that the item was not in stock... but might be, in the next couple weeks. When I initially ordered off the website it said IN STOCK. Therefore I was annoyed and dissapointed that I would have to cancel my order and start over with another company. Subsequently however, two days later I received an email stating that my order was being shipped. This was a relief. My recomendation on improving the customer interface with the website would be to improve the rate of updating IN STOCK / OUT OF STOCK status of items. Your customers will only ever know what they read on the web page and be left with an expectation. An unfulfilled expectation may lose that customer to another company / site permenantly. There are many options online. The bottom line is that the product arrived before the holidays, as needed and a situation that was going south, was saved to properly fulfill the order. Thank you.
