A bit expensive, but its build is quality, and I think it's worth it. It holds my 9yr old well which is tricky finding something for kids bigger than 4-5 yr olds. But it beats carrying a kid around disney after they are exhausted and fall asleep and it's less cumbersome than a stroller. It's also supportive around the hips. I'm happy with it!

I was worried because package tracking showed it hadn't left the facility yet and my trip was getting closer. I contacted customer service and they made sure it got to me in time. Great gob and thanks.
