The "recipient" information was a little confusing since I was sending to a funeral home and they don't have a cell phone, and I wasn't sure if the recipient should be the deceased's name or not. There could be some improvement to make that a bit easier, but overall I appreciate the option for a rush delivery since I just found out and needed flowers ASAP.
