Prompt, intelligent, customer assistance. Hadeer was an excellent negotiator and I was excited about the R10P's new characteristics. Unfortunately, the online advertising had a misrepresentation about its Bluetooth capabilities. I wished I had a chance to re-do the transaction from the beginning, but Hadeer essentially made me feel whole. All that it took was the gesture of a small credit. As a result, we are keeping the sale 'final' as
intended, and I will enjoy the amazing R10P! Audio46 gets my recommendation!
