Technical glitch on the credit card expiration date entry; will not accept month (2 digits) and year (2 digits, also tired 4 digits), keeps giving error message that month should be greater than current month. Had to call customer service. Also phone numbers (877) keep getting with to CT Corp. Took 2 days on-line trying.

The bundle add ons are very poorly explained. In an attempt to make another one or two hundred, you're undermining the main product and confusing your customers. Rather than making the extra they might just be leaving.
