We decided to migrate to Aspiration hosting after leaving our old host of ten years, since they specialise with Magento 2 hosted sites. I was promised during the pre-purchase chat that everything we needed to do with our three websites could be done, and that all migration would be completed for us.
After purchasing, it turns out that much of the necessary migration and email accounts are not able to be transferred since our old hosting provider does not use CPanel, so we have had to find many workarounds, which include keeping the old and new hosting subscription!
I think if your requirements are simple, and you have no old websites to migrate, then Aspiration will be great, and I'm sure it will be for us too once we have made a lot of changes to our old site and overcome these technical issues.

The website have some minor technical issue after i upgraded the plugins. I thought the server have problem. I submitted a ticket and within 3 minutes, senior technical engineer reply and help me fix the issue. Well done! The issue is not server problem, it is a plugin conflict and the stuff still kind enough to give me a clear instruction to fix it. Really appreciate the good support.
