Excellent customer service. I was really surprised at how good the customer service was. It was perfect. Other companies should learn from you guys. Also nice concept, helps people from getting squeezed by major banks. This should be given more marketing and it will help people to save more money. Few suggestion will be to provide an option to upload the void Cheque instead of sending the mail, and also the website appearance could be improved. Not a big deal though. Overall excellent service. Keep doing good work.

the website design is not that good. the user experience is bad. everything functional, but not good. may be a better design and optimizing the contents will give a better user experience. felt like I was browsing in 10 years back. BUT I prefer keeping the price cheap, so this is fine ! I added some points before. Overall the concept and service was excellent.
