Birthday present for my grandson of 8. Easy to use ( for him). Used the coupon for the sims card. The watch band looked big but fit him perfectly. A great gift!

For an overprotective mom who feels her kids don't need a phone with all the unnecessary gadgets and apps I really like this watch. I love that they don't have internet access. They love it too.

Charger is unlike any other and it stopped charging after 1 week. Watch was ok, video calling and calling from the app never rang on watch, but I could call her from the regular phone with number. GPS was ok. I expect a refund or a new charger.

We had high hopes with this watch so we know where he is in the neighborhood. The phone and video calls seem to be the only features that are stable. The GPS is lacking and doesn't work well. Some apps that are preloaded are pointless because they don't work or aren't configurable. I'd prefer less features that were stable than a bunch of features that aren't. Really disappointed overall but gave it 3 stars since at least the phone and video calls seem to work well.

Although it has come in handy it has a lot of flaws that need to be resolved. For instance to use the video chat it works best on wifi but when the kids leave the house if they forget to turn their wifi off then the watch cannot receive calls. Probably wouldn’t purchase again in the future.

The watch works great, but my phone is constantly getting notifications that the watch is running. I don't think there is an option to turn this off without turning off all notifications. It's very annoying! Other than that, it functions very well. I can call, text & find him. We haven't tested the geo- fencing alerts yet, but I expect it will work fine. Thanks for making a great product
