We're sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your Angel Watch. Please have a look at our video on YouTube for setting up or give us a call and we'll help you.
The important thing to do is to check what you see when you swipe down on the screen. A sideways triangle means no service, an exclamation mark means it's not inserted correctly, and either of those will not let you proceed with registration.
If you see these, please ensure you're using the SIM provided, that it has been successfully activated, insert it chip face up, cut corner going in first and push deeply until it clicks into place. Then reboot the watch. At that point you should see 4G and bars of service and can proceed with registration using the QR Code app on the watch (tap RegCode).
Remember that this is a cellular device, and like any, if it's not set up correctly, it won't work. Please try the steps above and you'll have this working as you expected.

Love the concept but disappointed by the app. Not user friendly and very glitchy. I also was disappointed by the fact that approved family members can’t have separate chats with watch.

Yes, conversations using the Angel Watch app are shared family conversations but you're also able to set up direct person to person messages using the built-in Line app (similar to Skype). Anyone can download the free Line app, become friends with the watch and communicate privately over voice, video and messaging. This is a great option that allows for your child to be able to have communication with people who you would not necessarily want to have access to the personal information available to Angel Watch Family Members (location, remote pictures, drop in audio, etc).

Blood pressure and oxygen level reading is not accurate. Watch band is short for an adult.

The blood pressure and oxygen level reader is never accurate. The watch band is not adequate for an adult. The company has odd hours. Makes it hard to get questions answered outside of email. Despite the issues, I think it's a good watch to have for someone with dementia. I can still keep track of what's going on and where they are.

The watch helps out alot as the tracking. The only issue dealing with my husband is calling him he doesnt know how to answer I wish it would automatically answer for him. And we live in Arizona and it's really hard to keep it on him because the band on it is so uncomfortable in the heat.. otherwise I love the watch.. the GPS is very accurate. It's a good watch.. wondering is there different watch bands and bigger for men.

Its a wonderful watch. Except watch band is too short. I have it on last hole and its band is way too hot for Arizona. And the fact which is not the watched fault but my husband does not know how to answer I wish it would answer automatically.

While the watch seems of good quality, the app that comes with the watch needs a lot of improvement. It isn't very intuitive and the notifications are difficult to manage (at least for the Google Pixel). For how much you spend, I would assume the app would be better.

After much research we decided on an Angel Watch for our ten year old son. We are wanting him to have more freedom to play outside but want to be able to keep tabs on him to ensure he's safe. One of the main things I liked prior to purchasing the Angel Watch was that we didn't have to sign a contract with a cellular provider. I was intrigued by all of the features listed for the watch and was cautiously optimistic that it would meet my expectations. We have only had the watch for about a week but so far we love it. My son loves having his own phone number, it makes him feel independent. We love setting a geofence for him and allowing him to play outside unsupervised. We absolutely love being able to stop calls from unrecognized numbers from coming thru. The GPS locating has been incredible accurate and we're looking forward to our son having this watch for some time to come.

We researched smart watches for our 10 year old son and kept coming back to Angel Watch. I was a little hesitant at first as I'd never heard of the company, but based on reviews and the 7 day return window we decided to give it a try. We loved that we weren't going to have to sign a contract with a cellular provider. So far the whole family is enjoying the watch. Our son is happy to have more freedom to play outside. My husband and I are happy to have geofencing and GPS tracking (which so far has been extremely accurate). Our son feels more grown up by having his own phone number and we love that the watch can block calls from unknown numbers. The watch is a little bulky (compared to my Apply Watch) but our son doesn't wear it all day, just when out playing. We would recommend this watch to families who's kiddos are ready for a bit more freedom and responsibility.
