The watch works well my 7 y/o does not have a problem using it, we ONLY use it as a phone. The app that goes with the watch is less then ok. Not user friendly. Difficult to add numbers, has trouble connecting to watch all the time. Just added phone numbers into the contacts and we only use it when child is with grandparents giving her the ability to call home independently. We don't use any of the other features as they do not work for us. Improvements can be made. Ability to remove apps not needed on watch not just deactive them would be nice.

Watch is great when used as a phone. We entered the contacts needed and can call back and forth. However, the app is not user friendly and it struggle to connect to the watch. We do not use any of the other features offered on the watch/app as we only needed to give our child the independence and security of being able to call home when with other family members.

Good in concept but it's poorly built. Unable to update firmware, app features don't quite work, poor accuracy, forget about it if you have to type in a password for wifi cause it doesn't allow for alpha. Save your money

Of course you’ll need to be connected to wifi to discuss a load and install the firmware.

Kind of difficult to set up the plan. Not a strong connection to always have the GPS and chat available.

I love that I can connect with my daughter while she's out and about. I wish the set up instructions were better and I wish the app would send a tone when she messages me. I still haven't figured out where the SOS button it on it. But, generally its been good and a great intro into having a phone.

I was very excited when I first received the 3 watches purchased for my children. Initially the watches worked pretty good, but would often say “watch offline” so as to not work to full potential, ie. not allowing messages to be sent or received. I purchased 3 new SIM cards, as instructed by the company because of updates. A literal nightmare since, watches can’t receive calls (goes directly to a voicemail), continuously goes offline when away from the house. Although I’ve received many emails about troubleshooting, none have worked and I’m just tired of trying. I continue to waste money on the prepaid plans hoping for a resolution. Really frustrated and disappointed.

The velcro is great. Easy to use for my 6yr old compared to the one that came with the watc and the silicone we purchased when he broke it. I recommend this band over the others

We got the watch in new stages. We've experienced all the updates early on and changes. Everything has been good so far!
