My 7 yo was thrilled to get his watch for his birthday. We had a few issues with setup but managed to resolve them. The clasp broke a few days in so I used one of ours from an old watch as a replacement. I reached out to customer support about it breaking but still haven't heard back. The sound is clear and overall we're grateful to have it, but it is too bulky (the size of my apple watch but thicker) to be worn when playing sports and somehow the SOS button was pushed twice while my son was at school just sitting at his desk (I assume he was leaning on his arm somehow). Since I was hoping he could wear it when we dropped him off at practices, it isn't really functioning the way we envisioned, but has come in handy other times.

My son and I both like the torch function. The watch offers good piece of mind. Although, I still haven't figured out the GPS out yet. I did think it would be made from more heavy duty materials, it feels a bit light weight considering it's for children. But I plan to get another one for my daughter.

Although it has come in handy it has a lot of flaws that need to be resolved. For instance to use the video chat it works best on wifi but when the kids leave the house if they forget to turn their wifi off then the watch cannot receive calls. Probably wouldn’t purchase again in the future.

We took a chance and bought this as a Christmas present for our 7 y.o. I bought it early so we’d have time to check it out first and make sure it works. I did run into a few issues with set up but was eventually able to troubleshoot without needing to call anyone. Now that it’s up and running, I am so excited about this watch! It is taking everything in me not to give it to my son now. It will be perfect for him.
