Absolutely awful to deal with! From Canada the microphone on the watch didn’t work. I’ve been trying to get a refund or exchange for the last 2 weeks and each time no one can help. Customer service is awful! Now they want to charge me 20% restocking fee. Do not use if from outside the USA. Can’t speak for the service within the USA.

Just an awful experience with a faulty watch. No one can help me return the product. Each time I call they gave me the same run around. Each customer service person just wanted me off the phone. They just kept referring me to a phone number or email address which ended up being a vicious circle bring me back to the starting point each time. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!! Don't purchase it from Canada or anywhere outside of the USA.

The watch itself isn’t too bad, but we are really struggling with the app on the parent side. It is hard to navigate, difficult to use, and often says the watch is offline when it isn’t. We are still in our week trial period and can’t decide if we are going to keep it or not.

We've had problem after problem with the watch and have taken the ENTIRE first week to try to figure this out. We are young adults that are plenty tech savvy and the communication between our (parent) phones and the watch itself are extremely frustrating. The easiest part of this whole thing was the set up of the SIM card. Beyond that- problem after problem. When you call customer service, if you are lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone, they just read off what is in the direction manual, or tell you to turn it off and then on again. You are better trying to work out the problems on your own.

Came fast, easy to set up. Phone works but a lot of the software/features do not. Often has problems connecting the app to the phone. US user.

One issue I've had with the watch is that the GPS is not accurate, which is concerning as a parent when that's one of the major features that you want to work. So far the call function has worked well. I haven't experimented a lot yet with the video call feature or text messaging.
