Read and follow the directions as well as the YouTube tutorial and the watch will work as intended. This is a great buy!

I do want to say that after some technical issues that I faced with the watches the customer experience was awesome. Alex was on top of it, always did what he promised, he went from left to right to find a solution and was always available when needed.

The customer service is great for angel watch only. Watch product is the same as what you find on Amazon for 45 dollars. SIM card only functioned properly 1day in the 3 weeks I have had it. And that’s the root of the issue. And the size of this thing is huge. Honestly the product itself might be fine but the SIM card partner is the real issue.

Thank you for your email. If the SIM card worked for one day, it would mean it was activated. At that point, it's best to also check registration related issues.
Angel Watch is certainly not the same as a $45 watch. That could be a counterfeit. Angel Watch has its own operating system, custom application, and is a separate company based in the US shipping from the US with guarantees and return policies unlike any similar company selling wearable devices for children.
Please confirm:
1. First disable WiFi on the watch and reboot (you can re-add it once you've confirmed that everything's working right).
2. Check that your provided SIM is fully activated SIM by logging into your Red Pocket account
3. Confirm your Angel Watch app account is in the North America (sign out of your app to check)
4. Your watch is set to APN Airvoice Wireless (Settings-Mobile Networks-APN)
5. When you swipe down on the face of the watch, you see 4G and at least 2 bars of service.
If you are still getting 'Device Offline' messages after this, please check your SIM in your phone and confirm that you are able to make a call and browse the internet (with WiFi disabled). If you are not able to, this of course means you have an activation issue with the provider. Kindly contact them and troubleshoot until their SIM is working properly in your phone.
If this doesn't fix your issue, please open the watch's dial pad and enter the code *#174714#* to factory restore the watch and re-register.

I’m having a hard time setting it up. It seems great but it won’t stay connected to the SIM card and it won’t consistently work. I would love some support with this. I read everything online and it hasn’t really helped the problem.
