I have applied for an emotional support pet certificate. I did not receive it within the 48 hours II have applied for an emotional support pet certificate. I did not receive it within the 48 hours. I was promised they've already taken my money. It is my understanding that I do not need to do training classes for an emotional support pet. That is all I am looking for to be able to apply for an apartment.

Customer service is non existent. The letter is fake. Doctors aren't real. There is no way to get a refund for your money. Your landlord will not accept their letter, and you can forget about getting a refund. If someone reaches out to rectify the issues, I will update my review.

I love the training program for only $30. it's good to be able to go back every day and only train for 15-20 minutes. my puppy is only 3 months old and she understands a lot of the newer criteria within 3 days of training it! would recommend to others.

I was given information about American Service Pets to help me from my sister. After reviewing the information, my girl fur baby cat SusieQ is a candidate. She is now 12 yrs old & adopted us (my husband Dennis & Maine coon, Garfield.
She is my whole life caring for me, my husband 71 yrs old together 40 yrs just past away & Christmas Eve while I was working Garfield passed at 18 yrs.
SusieQ & I are getting along more closely as she is Dennis's girl. He named her. She sleeps with me & greets me when I get home from work. SusieQ is my best fur baby companion and friend who listens to me & when I cry, she hears me from where she is & comes to me & gives me a hug

I'm overall satisfied so far. I have not made a purchase yet, but I plan to. I'm hoping delivery will be fast and easy. The videos I had to watch were quick and easy, passed the test, it was easy. When I called I had the sweetest lady who made my experience great although she was not yet educated and new on the California laws of waiting a whole 30 days(which felt like eternity) she was able to help me with the best package I needed unfortunately the phone went down I called customer service back and a very sweet gentleman answered and was trying to find who she was and I am a very impatient person and I asked if he could finish my call he notified me of California laws having to wait 30 days and then I will qualify for my ESA letter he picked up where she left off and he answered a few questions of mine and got it done very fast! I just received my ESA letter exactly on the day I was supposed to and was getting reminder emails how many days until mine and my Charlie's day and it was a great experience overall I will be recommending and coming back to renew with this company!

no response message, i was told that I would get something in the mail in 3 days to give to my apartment manager, so I can keep my pet, but by tomorrow, I may be kicked out because I do not have proof of a service animal.
