My original order #ASB-2452232007 was short one poster. The processing of #ASB-2452232007 took longer than I have experienced in the past. I guess this is a busy time of year for you all. I ordered a replacement for the missing order so that I have copies of the posters I need for Sunday. I will contact your office in the morning about the missing poster. You have always treated me right! this is an exception to your typical service. Typically if I have the artwork to you by noon, the banner or poster will be at our door by 1:00 pm the next day via UPS.
