i sent them all the data on the Air conducting unit i needed to change single phase current to 3 phase current. i bought the unit their tech department recommended and it turns out it is 3 sizes too small for the unit to run correctly. i have tried on multiple occasions by voice mail, email and even text the president of the company jeff on his personal cell phone and no one will respond. they made a huge mistake but i can't get them to make any concessions to help with the correct unit Do NOT BUY FROM THEM. !!!
