Slow and difficult to keep cleaning process going because steam pressure drops while in use and you have to wait for it to rebuild. Handle was at first thought to be defective because the steam doesn't stay on while using.

I've had this steamer for years it used to be called the White Wing. Recently had some problems because I was using it more often. Excellent customer service. Tech support solved my problem over the phone. Turned out to be user error.

This is my second steamer of this type. The first one lasted about 15 years. I think this might be the same product only it is now a different company, as the steamers look identical.So far I am very pleased with this steamer. I find this particularly useful in my bathrooms and kitchen and keeping them very clean. I also like them for the hard surface flooring. I have recommended this product to my daughter. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a powerful home cleaner.It even got some paint stains out of an area rug and I was amazed by this.

I bought this machine about 15 years ago it was a different name then but the same model. If they have changed components it may be lower quality. I did however pay about the same price. I currently have an auto detailing business so it gets regular use. It is an excellent machine even after all these years of use. Don't expect to do an entire carpet with it. It is greater used for spots, stains and smaller areas. You also have to use proper chemicals and methods. Steam alone will not remove everything. Didn't have Youtube back then so it was a long learning curve.
