I find your products and site very useful and at a good price. Unfortunately the whole buying experience SUCKS!! If I went on a web search to find the best product and then complete it with a web purchase. Why the heck, you have to call me back to confirm the purchase. For god sake we are in almost 2020 and those are common buying transactions. You had to call me 4 times and made me call you back to close the purchase because I used my wife's credit card and not mine so the credit card owner was never available. Lucky you I need the product ASAP if not then I will not have bought it.

This is the best air purifier and filter I have ever used. It changed my life. i AM ANGRY HOWEVER, as the filter did not last a full year as it so carefully stated. I am used to high priced filter but it is a lie to state that it will last a year and then when it stops, "Oh, it depends on this and that and everything else." My neighbor got one as mine was so great and hers did the same thing. Product is great, false advertising should be against the law.

It says/implies that the filter lasts a full year. Then it should last a full year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Changing your mind at 7 months is just wrong.

I do not hesitate to recommend this product as it is reliable, efficient, quiet and gets the job done. When it's time to change the filter for this machine, it lets you know, Changing the filter is very easy to do and ordering new filters is also an easy process.

The employees of Allergy Byers Club are well trained and very polite and helpful. The only item missing from my orders, both purchase of machines and replacement filters, is written instructions on how to use the products I have purchased. Can this be remedied? My thanks.

Item arrived in good condition, no indication of which end was up, replaced the first filter due to a circle w line through it. The same symbol is on the filter now. Nothing in the owners manual about this symbol, have not called for assistance yet. Has not been operating for more than five days. Not Worth the 250.00 spent!

My brother and his family visited recently ,both my brother and his son are highly allergic to cats but although we have a cat after using the quiet pure air filter for a few months before they arrived neither of them showed any signs of an allergic reaction . Amazing.

Actually, I just received this QuietPur replacement filter. My QuietPur air filter device has not let me know that the original filter needs to be replaced. Nonetheless, I am very satisfied with the QuietPur. It is, as the name implies, quiet. We use it in the bedroom and I can easily distinguish the very clean air in the bedroom from the air in the rest of the house. It simply smells clean!! So, thank you Allergy Buyers Club

You have been easy to work with. I waited for the 20% savings on the replacement air filter. I was pleased with the immediate online response to a question I had. The delivery was quick and the filter looks perfect. I have not needed to replace the original filter yet.

Filter for the quiet pure. I love the filter, however, it does get pricey to change the filter every 6 months. Seems to work well and help with allergies.

I trust their products. I find their website very difficult to use as the areas where one is to add shipping/billing information is impossible for me to see. I spend a great deal of time fishing around hoping I get the correct information into the correct areas. For some reason their computer system kicks me into the need to be checked by phone slot. Asked the person who called (for the 3rd time when ordering) why I keep getting called and her reply was "I don't know, the computer just does it". I don't take "it's not my job" replys well. Again I find their products to be very high quality, albeit a little pricey. Will be back.

Very pleased with quality, price, and service provided with Allergy Buyers Club. Have now purchased 3 air purifiers and just purchased a water filter for my kitchensink faucet. Will continue to rely on their products!

This filter only lasts 7 months. Most people don't run an air filter for just a few hours, they run it 24/7. The description originally said the filter would last a year. The filter itself works fine, but the unit does not test the filter itself, but only goes by the time it has been used. So, you might not need to replace it if your air is not terribly awful, but you wouldn't really know.

As the pet parent to several birds, I purchased the air purifier to reduce amount of dander in the house, which necessitates purchasing a replacement filter about every ten (10) months. I am happy with QuietPure system, although it took me a bit to figure out some things as the directions were not clear. Works well.
