I wanted a air cleaner with a Hepa filter that could handle fairly large rooms. This one does the job. Very easy to operate, open the box and plug in. Large screen for changing the few settings and very quiet. The unit is a bit bigger than I anticipated and needs to be several inches away from walls so I have moved it place to place. this is the one downside to this device. Overall all I am very happy with it. I run it at night but if I am burning a candle or cooking I can hear it start.

The technical specifications of the product that are available are not complete. The app for using wi-fi to review data and manage use does not work, and customer support by the manufacturer and the seller appear to know nothing about its availability or use. (I'm a relatively sophisticated user.) This reduces operation to selecting automatic or high-medium-low fan speeds, about which there is no performance data available.

This is probably an excellent product BUT, I heat my house with a wood stove (NH) I must have a humidifier. I thought I would cut down on particulate matter with this purifier, but it picked up the minute water droplets from the humidifier and ran full blast all the time - so I couldn’t use it. Very disappointed.

Although this is a good purifier, I think they should have mentioned non compatibility to humidifiers. I had to spend a lot of time understanding this and then packing it up and sending back. AND a $40 mailing charge! Feeling disappointed.

It’s effective at removing smoke, but this is supposed to be a smart device, and the smart device features on this just don’t work. The iOS app hasn’t been updated in many years and doesn’t actually work on modern devices. As a result, you can’t connect this purifier to your wifi network at all. It’s fine as a dumb purifier but it’s also pretty expensive for something with such broken functionality.

This purifier is quiet and fairly quickly filters the air. I also got it on sale, so it was a good value compared to other filters. My biggest complaint is that it emits EMF's so I won't use it in my bedroom or at night. I would told by the company that it would not do that unless I tried to enable it - which I never did. I was also told that it would not show up as a wifi network - that wasn't the way that is it set up. However that is also not true. When the device is plugged in (not even turned on) it emits a wifi signal picked up by other devices. I was told there is no way to disable any of this. If you are concerned about EMF's I would consider buying another brand that allows disabling of that feature.

Have had just about a month as of late 10/2020. I got it based on the recommendation of an asthmatic friend who'd had it for about 6 months. It was on sale when I bought it so it was a good value for me. The unit is very quiet and in the automatic mode, adjusts the airflow as needed which is a real plus. My initial reaction is that it is effective as the air does seem better for my wife who also has asthma though I can't speak as to the degree of effectiveness. I would buy this unit again as it seems well-made and is light enough to move around easily while large enough to work well for a 350 sq ft space.

Easy set up and works great. It took me a while to figure out what the PM numbers meant. That was a google search. I like how quiet it is. There are a few settings. I have been keeping it on Automatic and it adjusts to what is in the air. It is a little big, but for the price and the Square footage, it is well worth it. I highly recommend.
