I bought this to humidify my guitar room while I'm away all week. It's a small room (less than 150 sq ft), and the product is supposed to operate for 120 hrs and humidify a room up to 700 sq ft. Even with such a small room, on the lowest setting (to get the full 120 hrs of use) it never got the humidity above 40%, and stayed mostly around 36% - which is only about 3% better than without it at all. If I set it for the automatic 50% (which is where I need the humidity) it lasted about 36 hrs (again, in a very small room). Essentially, it is useless to me for the purpose for which it was purchased. If I were home all week to refill it constantly, it'd be annoying, but would suffice for the purpose - but I'm not home all week (that's the reason I got the 120 hr model). I'm a long haul truck driver, and gone 5 days at a time. Only reason I didn't return it is my wife threw away all the packaging and documentation.

I contacted customer service when I saw that the item would be shipped in about 6 weeks, when the item page said "in stock, ships same or next day". I was told the delay was due to Covid, etc. - but being that I work in the logistics industry, and deal with many customers with many different products all around the country, I knew the 6 weeks delay was not reasonable. Only after I mentioned that I'd seen the product on Amazon for $40 less, with a similar shipping estimate (I copied the Amazon page and sent it to customer service), and said I'd just cancel and get it there instead, did the wheels start turning. My order was shipped next day - but I shouldn't have to go through that for good service. If I were ordering for a medical need (as I'd guess is the case with many of your customers based on the company name) 6 weeks would be a totally unacceptable wait time.

I purchased this product from the Allergy Buyer’s Club. The unit started leaking water after a couple of uses. I was told to call Guardian Technologies for a full refund. When I called them they said they don’t give refunds, they only do repairs. It sent the humidifier to Guardian for repairs which I was out of more money. It’s been two months since I sent it away and I have not heard from Guardian Technologies. I called Allergy Buyers Group again and a lady on the phone said I would have to deal with Guardian not Allergy Buyers Club. Now I’m out of $200. Very disappointed with my service with both companies. WILL NOT ever buy anything from you all again.

We have only used it about 20x and now it says no water, when full.. And then there is nothing that can be done. Dissatisfied with it. I also don't like that it's a bottom fill tank so you have to flip it over getting water splashes in your fland clothes.

I returned a defective Powerpure 5000 and got this. VERY quiet. Love the "stovepipe" extensions so the mist is way above the humidifier up in the air. Wish the controls did not beep...it is in the bedroom and wakes one of us up when we change a setting. Don't like the multiple function buttons...have to hit one several times to get to the setting desired, but an awful lot of products on the market today do this. I hope it is durable.

Excited for his humidifier because I liked that you could set it to a certain humidity level and just let it go. However even with the light feature off the LED lights on the front panel are so bright that it causes sleep description. For the more the buttons are so complicated one four what are you want to put out there’s another one for whether you want the light on or to be able to just the heat and on and on and on. It cant be this complicated. I have a great Honeywell large room humidifier downstairs that has one toggle button to adjust the humidity anywhere from 40 to 65 and another one to turn the fan level from 1 to 3. Enough, and Perfect!!

Warm mist comes out at 80 degrees but cools off quickly. Works as described. Large tank lasts for 3+ days at low mist setting. Been using tap water and no problems.

when used on warm, it generates a dust layer on walls and flat surfaces. You have to fill it every 18 hours or so. difficult to clean tank interior. very heavy and awkward when filled with water and to place back on stand. Possibly should only use distilled water as unit has no method of not generating the dust.

There is no usage information for these units. the flimsy exhaust pipe does not sit snug on top of unit. It has no method ofensuring water used does not generate the white dust over surfaces. it is better than nothing, and definitley better than units at local pharmacies.

Love everything about it. Wand extension allowing mist to be spayed above my head is not present in any other product but very useful and enables mist to surround you and cover more ares.

I use the extension tubes and the warm mist does not come out warm. Also, I wish it had a remote control. Otherwise, it does add needed moisture to my house.

I would hesitantly recommend this as it is easy to fill and does not require expensive filters, but it does not come close to humidifying 1,000 square feet. The price is high enough that I cannot soon buy another. Disappointed that we will need more than one unit for our small home.
