I bought this to use in my basement. I liked that it had the auto drain feature, so I wouldn’t have to worry about dumping the reservoir. The hose that came with the dehumidifier wouldn’t stay on. I had to shell out more money to buy a better hose. I also went with this model because it has a HEPA filter, or at least it says it does. So far I have not noticed the filter working at all. The basement still has dust, and still smells of mildew. I have another HEPA I bought From a different company, and it worked like a charm. If you are wanting a good reliable DEHU/HEPA combo, this is NOT it!! For the price I thought it would be a good buy, I was screwed! Waste of money!!

It's great, just wish the is of the tank wasn't cracked upon delivery. I messages the company about this and never heard anything back. So, I guess I'll be using the cracked lid. It's a good product, but the customer service is absent. But, maybe nobody there is working right now.

Do not buy this product. It only worked two seasons (summer 2017 and summer 2018) and the compressor is no longer any good. $500 for two seasons is not worth the buy. Will not be buying anymore products from here.

I really like this dehumidifier while it was fully functional, but after about a year and a half something internal has cracked. I can see cracked plastic when I remove the bucket and the unit will no longer drain from the hose. I have been told by Allergy Buyer Club customer service that a 2-year lifespan is normal for this model of dehumidifier. While I was happy to get a high-end dehumidifier with a HEPA filter, if the lifespan is only 2-years, I don't think it is worth the extra money. I will be replacing this unit with a basic dehumidifier from the local hardware store. I am very disappointed, from the price and the other reviews I expected this to be a long-lasting dehumidifier.

We bought one a year and a half ago when we purchased a “new” home that has very old windows. This unit has been consistently reliable. When we noticed the condensation on our windows upstairs was eliminated, we realized the necessity of getting one for our downstairs this winter. After receiving our second unit last month, we let it sit upright for 24 hours as directed by the manufacturer, I turned it on high, (Aka auto and not night mode) and in 5 hours it was filled up. It has slowed down a little bit, as not as much moisture in our home I’m guessing. But still on auto it fills up usually to where I still empty it in morning, and before bed. Yes some say that seems like a lot of work, but we cannot afford new windows right now so I’m willing to put in the work!! Also, If you have a place for it to drain, it has a drain hose so you dont ever have to empty it!! This unit will not let you down.

I ordered the product online, received an invoice but did not receive a shipping notice--had to call 10 days later to inquire on the status of my shipment (it had already shipped). Additionally, a day after purchasing this item I found the same item at Home Depot for approximately $150 less. I submitted a "price match" request per the instructions on your site, received a confirmation email stating a case had been established, and then "crickets" since--that was over 3 weeks ago. Your site has lots of great products backed by strong marketing efforts, but your execution is poor. I will never buy from you again.

I replaced a dehumidifier with this combination product. The air purifier seems fine but the dehumidifier is very loud even in night mode. I put this in a small hallway between bedrooms and it is too loud to have on at night with the dehumidifier part. The dehumidifier does work well so maybe if it was in a basement it would be great. I like the controls and it is easy to use. I would also like to say the Allergy Buyers Club customer service was excellent . The first one came broken and they immediately replaced it. Shipping was very fast.

Seems to work well and "seems" to be well made. I also like the physical design...very stylish. However, it is extremely noisy when the compressor is on. VERY noisy!! Even in the "Night" mode. I've tried placing on extra padding, but that didn't work. Don't know if my unit is an anomaly or not. But, if they all make this much noise I would not recommend it for a living area. May be OK in a garage or crawl space.

Excellent dehumidifier - I am emptying a bucket a day, so it is really doing the trick. I love that it has a HEPA filter to keep the air cleaner.

I ordered an item for a fantastic price and expected a new product. It was shipped in record time but when I opened it, there was a broken panel, the assembly instructions were already complete, and the the base of the item was dirty. I emailed and called but no one will contact me back.

I love that this dehumidifier has an air filter in it. My garage is almost musty-free smelling. Will continue! The bucket fills almost daily telling me it is doing the job. It is noisy, that is the only drawback, but in my garage, it doesn't matter.

The problem with this unit is that the water storage tank lets the water get too high and it's difficult to remove tank to empty without spilling water all over the floor.

I bought two of these units and they BOTH LEAK. Luckily we are in construction phase, so the carpet has not yet been installed, or it would have been damaged. There is no clear rhyme or reason as to when or why the units leak. Sometimes they do not leak. I am working on the theory that returning the water bucket 1/100 of an inch to the left or right might be the solution. These have leaked with the continuous draining hose attached and without the hose attached. Because BOTH units have had the trouble, I fault the design. I am purchasing an AC tray to put under the one placed on carpet. If I could take this back to the store for a more reliable model, I would.
