We have had a Miele product for 20 years and have been absolutely in love with it . Our old vacuum recently died and we researched the product we wanted to replace it with - the Miele 3c Brilliant and ordered it. For some reason, someone decided it would be ok with us if they replaced our order with a lesser Miele product and without checking if this was acceptable with us and without making a price adjustment, sent this product to us. Multiple phone calls and emails later, one extremely rude salesman later and finally a more pleasant gentleman after him, the problems were dealt with and made right. BUT, it left a bad taste, despite at least two very positive previous experiences. WHY would someone presume to know we would not notice a $400 price difference and a product we didn’t want, even if the Brilliant was not available. And to the rude salesman, the Brilliant is Not the same as every other C3 model.

$1500 USD for a vacuum that lasted about 3 years and began to have major issues after being cared for according to user manual. Replaced power head AND aluminum tubing TWICE...and when same issues began again? Donated it and accepted the lesson. WOULD never buy again

Two of us with air-borne allergies, one cat and one human, are breathing much easier with this purchase. When we moved and had to give up our rolling HEPA air purifier a few ears ago, I thought we'd be fine with a regular bagless vacuum, but I was wrong. The Miele Complete C3 Brilliant vacuum is a little expensive, yes. But well worth the investment in good health and durability.

This is the ultimate Miele vacuum cleaner. If you can afford, and justify, $1,500 for such a top of the line Miele Hepa sealed canister vacuum, buy one.

Very happy that I choose the Miele Complete C3 Brilliant vacuum cleaner, I have had Electrolux, Kirby, and many, many other types of vacuums. This is the first time that I have vac for my floor that I can honestly say it feels clean, and I can breath. I cannot believe how clean the air is with this vacuum. It is just amazing. It really does remove all the cat and dog hair. We have 4 cats and 1 dog so I need help with all the hair in this house. It is a wonderful vac. I am just in shock at how much cleaner the floor and air is in here. Thank you so much for this product. No plastic parts, no Japan, china garbage. I am so tired of all the junk, this machine works wonderful and I am very, very happy with it.

Oh my goodness. I've been a housewife for nearly 30 years and I've spent countless hours vacuuming my home. I have never loved a vacuum before....EVER. This new Miele is a magnificent machine. First of all it's beautiful. It is designed so well. Every part clicks into place with such easy precision. Every part is very easily accessible and well made. The controls on the handles are genius. Pure genius. And performance?? WOW. Its quiet. There is NO smell or odor or dust when I vacuum!! I didn't realize all of these years how much my past vacuums put out dirt,dust,smells...YUCK! I'm 52 years old and I can vividly remember the smell that would come from our very expensive Kirby vacuum from my childhood. It always smelled like our dog....ewww! I'm so happy with my Miele that I have yet to put it away! I've used it everyday since it arrived and I love to just look at it! The retractable cord works seamlessly. The wand holders on the unit are fabulous. The power head brings tears to my eyes.....all of the choices for power level and height are wonderful. My home is 95% wood floors and we have many area rugs. I used to hate having to use different vacuums to clean either the wood floors or the rugs. Now my problem is solved. Instead of dreading vacuuming I'm delighted to plug in my miele!!!

Excellent quality. Everything about it is great (except the price). Don't know how long it will last, but I hope a long time. Build quality seems very good. Best available on the market today. In short, I love it! David -- of Allergy Buyers Club -- helped me with the purchase of this and both IQ Air's. He answers all my questions and helped me navigate all the ins and outs of both products. Thank you, David.

This is by far the very best vacuum I have ever owned and I suspect I will not have to buy another one again. The Uniq not only has strong suction, it also has suction control which allows me to fine tune the suction based on what I am cleaning. This vacuum is extremely quiet, so much so that I can use it in the early morning and not wake up my children. The bags are large and go a long way. Lots of finger tip controls and height adjustments for the big power head. It really does make my life easier when using this vacuum. I feel spoiled by my Miele UniQ but I am worth it.
