I ordered this product a month ago and have not received it. How can I assess anything when you took my money and sent me nothing. Zero stars. Never again. I feel robbed.

This filter helped during smoke-filled days here this summer due to wildfires. I cannot say that it took all of the smoke away because our home is very old and ( I think) quite porous, however the air in my bedroom was much higher quality during this time.

I like the filtering container, but the replacement filter itself is what I am reviewing right now and it stunk so badly. Wish I could describe the smell, but it was awful, kerosene is as close as I can come. ABC definitely offered to replace it, but that meant repacking, mailing, waiting for a replacement, and taking a chance that the next one would also smell. I was not willing to do that. I wish ABC would explain the reason for the smell, that would do a lot to satisfy my inability to trust another new filter. I want my filter to work, it is needed. It has taken a month to get rid of the bad odor. I even ran the machine on the back porch for one night and day for open window air cleaning of odor. 9/7/19

This stinky replacement filter is the only thing I have been disappointed in, in all my purchases from ABC. I like dealing with ABC, but a filter should never ever have a bad smell when running. Just makes no sense to me, so my trust has been deflated. Tell us the issues cause, get it fixed even if you lose money doing so, save your reputation. I can shop elsewhere, as can the next and the next customer.

I have been using Allergy Buyers Club to purchase my HEPA filters (Ihave 5 seperate air filters in my house) for over 10 years. Completely satisfied with their service. The one time I misordered a filter, I called and had it returned and received the proper filter within a week. Thanks!

We bought new filters however the red light still flashes when we turn the machine on and off. We are concerned because this did not happen when the machine was new. We have reviewed the instructions and manipulated the new filter in al ways possible. Is this the norm.

OEM filter for the Blue Air filter system. High quality true HEPA filtration that does a stellar job of cleaning the air you breathe. Stuffy nose and allergies completely gone since I began using this filter with better, deeper sleep at night waking much more rested and refreshed than ever before. Absolutely love this Blue Air filter system and couldn't imagine having to be without it.

As described, you can easily use the filters for 6 months before replacing. The machine itself is so quiet in our bedroom we have to check from time to time to be sure it is on. Love it! For those of us with allergies/asthma it is a big win!
