Construction and quality of my building are great. Watching the crew assemble the building was extremely interesting. The one thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was the switch in price, just before the building was delivered. Alan's excuse for the several HUNDRED DOLLARS change was a change in the installation company. This ruined the purchase experience for me. I will NEVER do business with Alan's again.

Make sure you have FIRM pricing before signing...Alan did a 'bait and switch' that cost us a couple hundred dollars. Their excuse was installers for our area was not available so second installer cost them more. Why should customer eat the cost above the published price?

It would be very difficult to find an equivalent quality building at anywhere close to the price of this building. We expect it will give us many years of use...

Had some hiccups with delivery; delivery guys showed up a day early without notice, then realized they had wrong material so they weren’t able to install and I had to reschedule. Customer service was not helpful or apologetic about this inconvenience...I’d go ahead and say the lady I was dealing with was just on the side of rude. A few weeks later, my building was installed and overall I am very happy with it. There’s a few things here and there that aren’t the best, but I also understand that I didn’t pay for the best, it’s an economical option, and with that in my mind I’m very satisfied with what I paid for.

Customer service was not helpful and I felt was actually pretty curt, when my delivery was screwed up. I was pretty disappointed about this, and came very close to canceling my order. Obviously I didn't, and I am very happy with my building, but I do think y'all should look into your customer service experience

We love our new metal building from Alans! It took us awhile to decide what we wanted ... I called Alans many times and each time they were super friendly and helpful! The installation crew was great! Even in 100 degree weather they got the job done!
