I spent 20 minutes trying to get help (questions answered) by calling your 866-725-2743 number and was thanked for my patience but never got a person (called more than once) to answer my questions. If this is a call center you might want to measure client hold time! Obviously AKC would like us to use your company and we all need insurance for our dogs, although I've had your insurance in the past, I never used your 866 service or made a claim - you need more staff or something!
