It has been only 2 months on it, so is not obvious what the benefits are. For a long term, then I could say better. So far, seems the nails are stronger and hair looks good too (for one reason or another..) Overall, is ok to take internally, no stomach upset or other bad reactions...Also i had some concerns and they were all promptly addressed and transparently enough by the owner. Seems an useful product... Since the overall concentration of minerals is low (i dont know if any mineral meets a significant RDA number), but over time maybe the body fills up to the needs, so it could worth continuing to take it. I would recommend it to friends!

Very pleased with the product and results. I do have however, one question. That is, I see by the list of ingredients that Fluoride is the product. We are one of the cities that is ill informed and refuse to remove from the dour city water supplies. Even the medical and universities communities advocate. Is this the same type of Fluoride that the cities are using? Thank you. No... The fluoride is created by Mother Nature and is organic unlike the toxic man-made fluoride in our tap water.

A friend introduced my wife and I to a different brand of liquid minerals over 15 years ago. We have seen and felt the results within 30 days of starting, and have used these minerals since then. I went looking for an alternate, less expensive source and found Alpha Health products. Their liquid mineral drops work! I get about double the amount for the same price as the earlier product, it's easy to add 8 drops to the drink of my choice. This gives me the freedom to choose my own flavors.

Good product to me so far. Shipping was faster the second purchase I made. Still waiting for an exclusive calcium product. Hoping more of your products will be packaged in glass containers and then I would purchase more than just the trace mineral drops. thank you
