Vitamin Support is easy to take and tastes good. I find i have most of my vitamin needs covered with this product.

My husband and I began taking liquid minerals and vitamins from Alpha Health Support over a year ago when an acquaintance of ours strongly recommended liquid v. pill form. Once we researched the topic, we knew it was the only way to go and we were grateful to find AHS right from the start. My husband had a funny click in his pelvis area when he did sit ups. That disappeared almost immediately. I don't lose nearly as much hair as I used to when I wash it and notice my hair is slowly getting thicker and healthier. Our friends tell us we look younger. Lots of the tiny fine lines in our faces are gone. Our energy level began to improve too.

In December of 2012 my vitamin D3 level was at 7 (normal is 30 to 100) I was taking 150.000 per week at that time. I then had to start taking injections for four months just to bring my D3 levels into the thirties (ouch).Then I found Alpha Health Support. I have tried many of the Alpha Health Support products and have had excellent results. (I have an absorbency problem). After taking the minerals and vitamins for a few weeks I had my vitamin levels checked. The doctor told me that my levels were the best that he has seen in two years. The vitamins and minerals are so highly absorbable that my vitamin D3 shot up to 97. The dose actually had to be lowered to 50.000 per week. Now instead of needing to take twenty-eight vitamins and minerals a day, I only have to take the recommended dose on the bottles of Alpha Health Support vitamins and minerals to maintain healthy blood levels. These products are remarkable.

I just wanted to say thank you for getting me started on the Minerals and Vitamins program. Not only do I feel better, but for 2 to 3 years my legs would hurt me late in the day and night. Since starting the program. my leg discomfort has gone away and has'nt come back, thanks again.
