This is one of the very few products I have found that has minerals in a form that can be absorbed through the digestive tract without causing a cascade of free radicals. Most mineral formulations have molecules too large to be absorbed. The minerals found in typical vitamin-mineral tablets cause a free radical cascade that uses up all the available Vit-C, that is, if the tablet can even be digested. (Most can't). This liquid form is great, but you do have to add it to juice; it is too astringent to take straight.

I've been using this product for several years now. The trace minerals come from a good, reliable source (TJ Clark mine) and promote good health at the cellular level. Today's food is pretty much depleted of vitamins and minerals, so I take Alpha liquid minerals everyday along with a multi-vitiman. My wife takes the minerals with me and she notices a difference in her overall health and appearance. They are called "essential minerals" for a reason!

I've been taking these minerals for many, many years. The improvement and consistency in health levels cannot be understated. Over the years, I've recommended these minerals to most of my friends, and they have had similar results. At this price, you can't find purer, plant derived minerals anywhere!

This product was recommended by a Chiropractor, but I also do my own research. I looked at other liquid minerals. I was concerned about the dangers of Aluminum, Arsenic, Copper, and Lead.
