Metro was there every step of the way! They are prompt in responding to emails, texts and phone calls. During our listing we never felt we were doing this by ourselves. Melanie, the owner is a pleasure to work with. We saved thousands of dollars and started showings shortly after our house went live on the MLS. If you are selling yourself call them, you'll be glad you did.

Highly recommend Metro Realty. We saved thousands in sellers commission and Melanie was available to answer questions from us and the buyer's agent. If you are well informed about the current market you are selling in and willing to do the legwork (take pictures and handle showings), it is well worth using a flat fee mls service. I would also recommend using the Showtime app (additional fee) to schedule showings, as that is what most realtors like to use and it makes for an easier method to track them. Overall, things went as smoothly as they could have, but we took the time to stage our house, clean out clutter, and do our research.
Selling is stressful, but we wouldn't think twice about using Metro again because of the savings we realized.
